Required Skills and Job Duties:
•         7+ years as TIBCO Developer and Tester; Must have experience in Performance Optimization, BE, and development
•         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
•         Performs technical analysis, technical design, and development of TIBCO enhancements
•         Executes unit and systems integration testing with source and destination consumers
•         Understands best practices in implementing interfaces using TIBCO BW, EMS, Hawk, logging, and error handling
•         Experience with Oracle relational databases, writing PL/SQL
•         Strong communication skills and works collaboratively with a team 
•         Handle tasks and issues proactively and is quick to respond; able to work with minimal oversight
Preferred skills:
•         Experience with TIBCO BE workflows, server, configuration, UI
•         Good communication skills, ability to be client facing and handle situations
•         Experience with production support, operation and performance tuning
•         Load balanced, highly available, fault tolerant, disaster recovery deployments
