. Telecom experience especially OSS area (Ordering/Provisioning/qualifi

cation/service assurance flows , high level knowledge on involved systems in telecom/wireline business)
. Technical background preferred with design/architecture experience. Able to understand E2E system flow and system interactions.
. Proficiency in tracking issues, coordinating meetings,  documenting meeting minutes/action items and following up on them to closure.
. Experienced with Microsoft tools (word/excel,ppt), VISIO tools.
