Position: Tableau Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: 70/hr all inclusive
. 8 - 10 Years of overall experience in BI
. At least 2 years of experience in implementing BI Solutions with Tableau
. Expert level knowledge of Tableau software & experience creating visuals and building dashboards in an enterprise environment. Ideally a visual design expert using Tableau Products and the steward of Tableau best practices.
. Experience using Tableau 8.0 and 8.1+ is required.
. Demonstrate solid experience in designing world class dashboards and be able to work directly with business users to collect the business requirements
. Experience with prototyping tools like iRise is a definitive advantage.
. Experience with connecting multiple data sources including SAP BO/BW, Teradata, SQL Server, Analysis Services, Big Data and others.
. Solid knowledge of Tableau's TDE API and other server commands like tabcmd, etc.
. Awareness about integrating Tableau into a variety of external environments and be familiar with Tableau's JavaScript API.
. Sound knowledge in using custom SQL for complex data pulls, see patterns, design visualizations with logical data flow and have excellent problem solving skills.
General

. Draw wireframes on a whiteboard, on paper, or on screen and drive iterative sessions with key stakeholders on a frequent basis
. Create a prototype or click-through that captures a key flow through interactive user experiences
. Drive all aspects of successful implementations from requirements and design to training and delivery
. Fluency in best practices for web-based or mobile-based information architecture and design
. Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
. Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
